The CONRAD LC30R is the dust suppression cannon with a 30 m range, built for the demolition and waste sectors.
LC30R has an integrated PLC for automatic, adjustable rotation control, work-pause cycle setting and the daily and weekly timer, basic automatic functions that are highly valued in the industry.

The available configurations are: fixed tower with slewing ring, trolley with three pneumatic wheels or our bikini version, suitable for installing the cannon at height, with the control unit on the ground for access and human-machine management.

Set-ups

On a trolley, on a base or bikini

Trolley

The Conrad LC30R dust suppression cannon can also be set up on a trolley with excellent performance for the construction site and quarry.

It consists of a sturdy galvanised base with 3 pneumatic wheels, 2 stabilisers and a front drawbar that make slow towing with construction machinery very easy. It is also easy to handle by hand.

On a base

The base set-up of the LC30R consists of a galvanised base with three supports at its three ends that can be anchored to a surface. This set-up is the one chosen when the misting point is to be fixed within the plant.

Bikini

The bikini set-up is one of the most requested and appreciated configurations of this model. It is ideal where it is difficult to place a dust suppression cannon on the ground, for example because of the many construction machines moving around the site. In this case the cannon with its slewing ring is mounted at height on brackets or shelves, while the control unit with control panel/PLC and pump is installed in a safe place that staff can reach.

PLC

All LC30R configurations come with a PLC with a touch screen interface. The operator can switch the pump and fan on and off, set the rotation angle, adjust the rotation speed, enable or disable the radio remote control, set working time slots and the work cycle function.

Dosing pump

The LC30R can be fitted with a dosing pump for odour control or water treatment applications.

Radio remote control

This model can be fitted with a radio remote control to operate the automatic functions from a distance, for example to direct the mist jet precisely straight from the excavator cab. The radio remote controls selected by the Cannoni Conrad team are high quality and suited to industrial environments.

Industry 4.0 kit

This model can be fitted with an Industry 4.0 kit to monitor the machines remotely; with this kit the machine can also be registered on the GSE portal and benefit from the incentives of the current 180% hyper-depreciation scheme for 2026-2028.

High-pressure pump

For special applications the LC30R can be fitted with a high-pressure pump: this gives finer misting, valued above all where water is scarce or where wetting of the material must be kept to a minimum, for example with wood.

Electric tilt

In the bikini application, that is with the cannon mounted at height, the electric tilt version is often requested to improve control of the jet.
