How It Works

Fixed misting systems are custom-designed solutions to create a barrier of water mist through the use of high-pressure nozzles. Unlike spray cannons, these systems do not require the use of fans and are designed to operate statically, ensuring effective abatement of dust and odours in working environments.

What Problems They Solve

Stationary misting systems solve localised dust and odour problems, especially in draughty areas. Operating without fans, the atomisation occurs only through water pressure, significantly reducing environmental impact and improving working conditions.

Plant Composition

•Pompa ad alta pressione per garantire una nebulizzazione omogenea.

•Tubazioni (flessibili o rigide) in acciaio inox, progettate per resistere nel tempo.

•Ugelli posizionati strategicamente lungo le tubazioni, che rilasciano l’acqua nebulizzata per formare la “tenda” necessaria ad abbattere le particelle di polvere.
