Questions about hire
Which model should I hire?
It depends on the area to be covered. Phoenix Plus has an adjustable range of 10 to 25 m, Phoenix Power has a range of up to 35 m, and LC50R has a range of up to 50 m and covers 7,500 m². If you’re not sure which one to choose, use the coverage calculator or give us a call.
Do you need mains water pressure?
No. The Phoenix Plus and Phoenix Power have a 3-piston pump, whilst the LC50R has a multi-stage centrifugal electric pump: none of the three requires inlet water pressure. The connection is ¾” on the Phoenix models and 1 ½” Camlock on the LC50R.
What sort of electrical connection is required?
Phoenix Plus and Phoenix Power operate at 220 V with a 16 A CEE plug, with installed power ratings of 3 and 4 kW respectively. The LC50R operates at 400 V with a 32 A CEE 3P+N+T plug and an installed power rating of 7.9 kW.
How much water do they use?
8 l/min for Phoenix Plus and Phoenix Power, 33 l/min for the LC50R.
How much noise do they make?
70 dB, the same figure for all three models.
No water or power on site?
There are the stand-alone stations: cannon, tank with a capacity of 1,000 to 10,000 litres and generator mounted on the same vehicle, on a skid, on a bogie or on a detachable saddle.
How much does it cost to hire?
