Conrad C50
The Conrad C50 is a dust suppression cannon with a range of 50 metres, designed to solve the problem of dust production on construction sites, quarries, steelworks and cement works.
Equipped with a dosing pump, it is a valuable ally for odour reduction in landfills, anaerobic digestion sites, compost storage sites and the waste sector in general.

Set-ups
On a trolley, on a base or on an arm
Trolley or base
The wheeled set-up of the C50 consists of a sturdy galvanised base with 3 pneumatic wheels, 2 stabilisers and a drawbar suitable for slow towing with construction machinery.
This version can easily be converted to the base set-up if a fixed position is needed. The three wheels, drawbar and stabilisers can be removed and three feet can be fitted at the three ends to keep the cannon fixed and stable.
On an articulated arm
The articulated arm version is one of the most popular choices for the C50 dust suppression cannon, often combined with custom autonomous station solutions. The arm, raised by a pantograph, reaches a height of about 5.5 m, so the dust can be hit from above.
PLC
All C50 configurations come with a PLC with a touch screen interface. The operator can switch the pump and fan on and off, set the rotation angle, adjust the rotation speed, tilt the cannon head vertically, switch the light on and off, raise and lower the articulated arm, select the active nozzles, switch on the ring heating, enable or disable the radio remote control (optional), set working time slots and the work cycle function.

Dosing pump
The C50 can be fitted with a dosing pump for odour control or water treatment applications.
Radio remote control
This model can be fitted with a radio remote control to operate the automatic functions from a distance, for example to direct the mist jet precisely straight from the excavator cab. The radio remote controls selected by the Cannoni Conrad team are high quality and suited to industrial environments.
Anemometer and wind station
The PLC installed on the C50 dust suppression cannon is ready for connection to an anemometer and a weather station for wind monitoring. This configuration makes it possible to control when misting is activated according to the wind speed measured in the work area, based on preset operating thresholds.
