The CONRAD LC50R is a 50 m spray gun ideal for abating dust during demolition activities, also appreciated as a support in aggregate recycling plants to control dust exiting conveyor belts and screens for separating inert materials.

The LC50R has a range of 50 m and a coverage of approximately 7,500 m², thanks to its PLC for automatic rotation control that is programmable up to 340°.

The Conrad LC50R dust suppression gun is equipped with PLC touch screen electronics that are easy for any operator to use.

The use of the PLC is essential to precisely set the rotation from 0° to 340° of the cannon in order to make the most of the spray range and act more precisely on the areas to be treated.

And with CANNONI-CONRAD's INDUSTRIA 4.0 KIT, the dust suppression gun will receive 20% in the form of a tax credit.

SEMIAUTOMATIC NEBULISER

45 nozzles on one crown;
50 m spraying range;
AUTOMATIC ROTATION adjustable from 0 to 340° with integrated PLC;
Equipment:
- on galvanised tower with slewing ring;
- mounted on a galvanised trolley with three pneumatic wheels, two stabilisers and a slow drawbar;
- bikini, with the cannon positioned at altitude and the control unit on the ground.

Cannoni Conrad’s ‘L’acqua’

The CONRAD filtration system for incoming water is the best on the market and uses aStainless steel filter cartridge, length 500 mm x 80 mm diameter. Inspectable triple-mesh stainless steel filter.
This means the cannon can be supplied with any type of water: industrial water, well water, water from the fire brigade’s ring main, water from a treatment plant, mains water, rainwater...
All CONRAD cannons are fitted with a vertical self-priming pump for gravity-fed operation, so no inlet water pressure is required.

bikini version

The bikini version has a cannon set-up divided into two: the cannon with fifth wheel installed at altitude and the control block with PLC and pump positioned on the ground.

articulated arm version

The articulated-arm version of our dust suppression cannons is versatile and highly regarded in both the demolition and waste management sectors.The articulated arm can reach a height of 5.5 metres, enabling it to reach and get closer to the source of the dust. In many cases, the dust suppression cannon on an articulated arm can be used to position it higher than the source of the dust, thereby enabling it to act more effectively and quickly to contain and reduce it.
