Dust suppression system on 4-metre roll-off saddle

Compact system on 4 m roll-off saddle: 3000 l tank, diesel generator and LC50R gun with touch PLC. Mobile and connected solution for dynamic construction sites.

Autonomous dust suppression system with CONRAD LC50R

Here is this new system delivered in May 2022, a tailor-made system for a famous demolition company from Piedmont that performs numerous public contracts.

The request was to set up a mobile dust suppression system for a small truck equipped with a loading hook.

The saddle to be designed was only 4 metres long Therefore, we designed a customised system that could guarantee a good water reserve in just 4 metres!

We built a 'squat' metal tank with a capacity of 3000 litres, fitted the saddle with a diesel generator and connected everything with an LC50R spray gun equipped with an 11 kW motor and high-pressure pump to ensure fine spraying with low consumption.

The selected cannon is equipped with a PLC which allows touch screen programming of the rotation, so this plant has been equipped with the Industry 4.0 kit, allowing the customer to have a machine that is always connected to the office and geo-localised.

Here is the composition:

Autonomous dust suppression system with CONRAD LC50R

The system consists of a 3000-litre 'stubby' metal tank, a diesel generator and a spray gun LC50R equipped with an 11 kW motor with high-pressure pump. The integrated PLC allows for touch screen programming of the rotation, making the system Industry 4.0 compliant.

The 4-metre roll-off saddle ensures easy transport and installation on sites with limited space.
