You don’t need a giant cannon
Phoenix and Titan, in the Plus and Power versions, work as a team: you put one in each zone of the site and adjust the range from the control panel, from 10 to 35 metres. They cost less than one large cannon and each uses 8 litres of water per minute.

Same problem, different sites
Crushers, conveyor belts and loading bays, where dust billows up every time a vehicle passes.
Controlled demolition and rubble, even between houses. The Phoenix units are moved by hand along the work face and the range is adjusted on the spot.
Dust and odours in the sorting halls. On the C62, the dosing pump for odours is an optional extra.
Conveyor belts, hoppers and screens. In Montichiari, two LC50R units and one Phoenix Plus cover the entire plant.
Slag and scrap yards, inside and outside the sheds. The C series nozzle rings are heated so they can operate at sub-zero temperatures.
Wood chips, sawdust and bark: fine dust rises with every loader bucket, inside and outside the sheds.
Autonomous Systems
Where there is no electricity or water
Autonomous construction site misting stations are the ideal solution for the rapid and precise suppression of dust on large construction sites. These stations, equipped with an integrated tank and a generator set, offer complete autonomy and can be positioned anywhere within a construction site or industrial area, without the need for an external power source.
Hydra mounts a Phoenix Power on a 5 m telescopic mast.
Misting Systems
No fans, just pressure
Fixed misting systems solve localised dust and odour problems, especially in areas sheltered from draughts. Operating without fans, misting takes place through water pressure alone, significantly reducing environmental impact and improving working conditions.
