Continuous misting over the storage bays
The misting system installed under the canopy of the bays creates a barrier of very fine mist, thanks to steel pipes and calibrated nozzles. This barrier stops dust generated during handling and storage, keeping the air cleaner and improving operator safety.
This misting line was built to contain the dust raised during material handling.
The system has been programmed to start via a motion sensor when the working machine passes, so that it only activates when needed, avoiding waste of energy and water.
The line consists of 25 metres of steel pipes and 50 nozzles positioned at a height of 8 metres.
