A CONRAD STATION FOR EVERY JOB

The Conrad dust suppression station mounted on a forkliftable base is a stand-alone solution for professional dust control with customised configurations and designed together with the customer.

The forkliftable version is suitable where the source of the dust or odours is known and concentrated, such as stationary machinery and defined material storage areas.

ARTICULATED ARM

Our dust suppression cannon set-up with an articulated arm is one of the best-equipped in the sector; its reach allows the turbine to extend to a height of approximately 5.5 metres. At the top, the slewing ring controls rotation to direct the spray precisely, whilst the tilt motor allows the spray angle to be adjusted from -10° to +45°.

The design of the sprayer mounted on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the cannon to be positioned above machinery such as screens, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odours, operating from top to bottom and making it even easier to eliminate the emissions that need to be controlled and reduced.
