CUSTOMISED DUST SUPPRESSION STATION

CONRAD dust suppression stations mounted on galvanised forkliftable skids are advanced dust control systems capable of solving the problems of dust emissions and unpleasant odours from construction sites, landfills, remediation areas, waste depots and composting.

The forkliftable autonomous dust suppression station can be transported easily thanks to the forklift pockets.

CONRAD CANNON WITH ARTICULATED ARM

Our dust suppression cannon set-up with an articulated arm is one of the best-equipped in the sector; its reach allows the turbine to extend to a height of approximately 5.5 metres. At the top, the slewing ring controls rotation to direct the spray precisely, whilst the tilt motor allows the spray angle to be adjusted from -10° to +45°.

The design of the sprayer mounted on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the cannon to be positioned above machinery such as screens, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odours, operating from top to bottom and making it even easier to eliminate the emissions that need to be controlled and reduced.
