Demolition is a profession and in Italy alone there are an estimated 7 million abandoned buildings potentially subject to demolition action.
In the previous article we explained how the demolition sector needed a simple dust suppression cannon with few automatic functions, to allow the machine to be mastered quickly, especially for one-shot jobs, where the cannon is often rented for that specific job.

This is the case with Binotto Giorgio S.A.S in Dosson di Casier, a major company in demolition, excavation, aggregate recovery and the supply of recycled building materials, mainly in the areas of Treviso, Padua and Venice.
The job
Binotto Giorgio S.a.s. chose the dust suppression cannon Conrad C32 with 64 nozzles on two heated rings, a 3 kW fan and a range of over 30 m. Integrated PLC to manage all automatic functions, plus radio remote control.
The articulated arm makes it possible to raise and direct the mist jet exactly where it is needed most and, above all, to work above the demolition jaws, acting even more effectively on the dust.
The mobile station consists of a cannon, generator and steel tank, all mounted on a TAM hook-lift body custom-made for the customer's hook-lift truck.
The misting is directed at the working radius of the shear, eliminating the dust both while the material is being broken and as it falls.
The advantages of an autonomous solution
A 100% mobile and autonomous solution that is a winner from the very first use. Because the cannon is on the truck, it can be moved short or long distances to get closer or further away as needed on the site.
Thanks to the truck-mounted system, it was possible to avoid blocking the road. Just imagine a static system that has to be moved with a forklift: how much space would it have needed on the road surface?

Assessing and designing the dust suppression cannon on the basis of the type of work, the frequency of the activities carried out and the types of site involved takes longer and more effort, but we know it is the right way to offer our dust suppression solutions on construction sites.
