Autonomous Station #39 is a complete, autonomous dust suppression solution with a dust suppression cannon, 5,000-litre tank and diesel generator set. The station is installed on a custom hook-lift body for hook-lift trucks and has an advanced PLC to manage automatic functions and scheduling.

THE HOOK-LIFT BODY

The hook-lift body is made to measure for the truck it will be loaded onto. In this case the design was based on a 4.40-metre hook-lift body, as the truck to be fitted out was a two-axle truck.

The hook-lift body was fitted with the C32 dust suppression cannon, a complete PLC to manage all automatic functions, the diesel generator and a 5,000-litre steel tank made to measure to fit the dimensions of the hook-lift body.

THE PLC

The PLC installed on this machine is the top of the range, as it manages all of the machine's automatic functions.

Switching the fan on and off

Activation of solenoid valves and selection of operating nozzles (32+32)

Activation of the heating element to heat the nozzle ring at sub-zero temperatures

Rotation setting from 0° to 340*

Setting the vertical tilt of the cannon

Articulated arm movement

Work-Pause Timer

Applications

AREAS OF USE

This dust suppression station is an excellent solution in the demolition field, suitable for use alongside excavators equipped with a demolition grapple. The articulated arm that rises to more than 7 metres (5.5 outreach + the height of the truck body) allows the cannon to intercept the dust from above, bringing it to the ground more quickly.
