The Conrad LC50R dust suppression cannon is equipped with PLC touch screen electronics that are easy for any operator to use.

The use of the PLC is essential to precisely set the cannon's rotation from 0° to 340°, so as to make the most of the misting range and act more precisely on the areas to be treated.

And with CANNONI-CONRAD's INDUSTRY 4.0 KIT, the dust suppression cannon will receive a 20% contribution in the form of a tax credit.

Areas of application

We carry out these projects on hook-lift trucks very frequently. The sectors in greatest demand are certainly demolition, waste management and soil remediation.

In these sectors, being self-sufficient in water and electricity is essential to reduce wasted time and resources.

The Hook-Lift Body

The hook-lift body is made to measure for the truck it will be loaded onto. In this case the design was based on a 4-metre hook-lift body, as the truck to be fitted out was a two-axle truck with a crane.

The hook-lift body was fitted with the LC50R dust suppression cannon, the diesel generator and a steel tank with a capacity of 3,000 litres, tailor-made to fit the compact dimensions of the body.

This autonomous dust suppression station was equipped with anIndustry 4.0 kitfor remote productivity monitoring.
