Autonomous dust suppression system with Conrad LC50R
Here is the new system delivered in May 2022, custom-built for a well-known Piedmontese demolition company that carries out many public contracts.
The request was to set up a mobile dust suppression system for a small truck equipped with a loading hook.
The hook-lift body to be designed was only 4 metres long so we designed a custom system that could provide a good water reserve in just 4 metres.
We built a 'stocky' metal tank with a capacity of 3,000 litres, fitted the hook-lift body with a diesel generator and connected everything to an LC50R dust suppression cannon with an 11 kW motor and a high-pressure pump to ensure fine, low-consumption misting.
The selected cannon is equipped with a PLC which allows touch screen programming of the rotation, so this system has been equipped with the Industry 4.0 kit, allowing the customer to have a machine that is always connected to the office and geolocated.

The system consists of a ‘stocky’ 3,000-litre metal tank, a diesel generator and a dust suppression cannon LC50R equipped with an 11 kW motor with high-pressure pump. The integrated PLC allows touch screen programming of the rotation, making the system compliant with the Industry 4.0 kit.
The 4-metre hook-lift body ensures easy transport and installation on sites with limited space.
