CUSTOMISED DUST SUPPRESSION STATION

CONRAD dust-abatement stations mounted on galvanised skids are advanced dust control systems capable of solving the problems of dusty emissions and unpleasant odours from construction sites, landfills, reclamation areas, waste dumps and composting.

The self-contained forklift dust-laying station can be easily transported thanks to forklift pockets.

CONRAD CANNON WITH ARTICULATED ARM

Our misting cannon system with an articulated arm is one of the best-equipped in the sector; its reach allows the turbine to extend to a height of approximately 5.5 metres. At the top, the turntable controls rotation to direct the spray precisely, whilst the tilt motor allows the spray angle to be adjusted from -10° to +45°.

The design of the sprayer mounted on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the nozzle to be positioned above machinery such as screens, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odours, operating from top to bottom and making it even easier to eliminate the emissions that need to be controlled and reduced.
