When efficiency rhymes with simplicity: the Hydra station in Venice

A leading company specialising in demolition and aggregate recycling needed a compact, high-performance machine for dust suppression. In the past, it used a system with a 70 metre throw, but with very high consumption (over 90 l/min of water) and a complicated control panel. With the new Hydra, the company chose an integrated, simple solution with reduced consumption: only 8 l/min of water and an 8.5 kW generator.

Bulk dust control at the Port of Ravenna

In July 2025, we installed two 16.5-metre spray lines at Ravenna's Terminal Nord, a strategic hub handling over 3 million tonnes of bulk cargo per year. Hence the problem to be solved: bulk dust control. The new lines, placed on the entrance and exit canopies of the vehicles, are powered by high-pressure pumps and activated by radio control, directly from the operator driving the wheel loader. The result?
