A waste depot in Emilia-Romagna chooses the Conrad Phoenix station

Conrad Phoenix autonomous station at the waste depot in Emilia-Romagna

Waste storage in Emilia Romagna.

The landfill chose the Conrad Phoenix station to control the dust generated during waste processing and during loading and unloading.

The range of over 20 metres means it can reach both small and large waste piles.

The automatic rotation with adjustable angle from 0° up to 340° ensures precise and optimal coverage for all work applications.

The test was carried out on a dust that is very hard to suppress: foundry waste dust, essentially a powder as fine as ash. The video shows the result.

Technical features of the Phoenix autonomous station

La Conrad Phoenix autonomous station is equipped with a dust suppression cannon with a range of 20–25 metres, a 1000-litre tank and an integrated generator set.

The PLC allows automatic rotation programming, making the system compatible with the Industry 4.0 kit.

The structure is mounted on a fork-lift skid or liftable with hooks, ensuring easy transport and installation.

Accessory: cleaning lance kit

The self-contained Conrad Phoenix dust-laying station was implemented with a high-pressure washer lance kit, a popular accessory for quick washing of vehicles on the construction site.

The lance comes with a 10 m high-pressure hose so you can also work at a distance from the machine.
