Misting plant on material storage bays

A misting system installed on the storage bays creates a fine mist barrier that traps dust generated during material handling, improving the environment and safety at work.

Continuous spraying over storage bays

The misting system installed under the canopy of the bays creates a barrier of fine mistthanks to steel tubes and calibrated nozzles. This barrier stops dust generated during handling and storagekeeping the air cleaner and improving the safety of operators.

This atomising line is designed to contain the dust raised during material handling.

The system has been programmed to activate itself through a motion sensor when the operating machine passes so that it only activates when needed to avoid wasting energy and water.

The line consists of 25 metres of steel pipes and 50 nozzles positioned at a height of 8 metres.

Operational and environmental advantages of misting in storage

Applying misting in the bays offers numerous concrete benefits:

  • Containment of suspended dustreducing environmental impact

  • Better air quality for those working in the depot

  • Reducing maintenanceavoiding accumulations on structures and materials

  • Compliance with regulationsoffering sustainable management of stored materials

Easy to install and manage, it is also an effective solution for outdoor installations.
