There is no scientific evidence that urban sanitisation inactivates the virus. However, this type of cleaning, now under way in many cities, aims to be one more opportunity to fight this invisible enemy.
Urban cleaning and sanitisation companies wash road surfaces and pavements, often with the help of ground staff and with a great waste of water.
Cannoni Conrad proposes supplementing ordinary cleaning with a dust suppression cannon, specifically the Conrad Phoenix, mounted on a truck with a generator and water tank, in which a sanitising chemical is diluted.
The cannon’s fine mist evenly covers large surfaces and also reaches fenced areas such as courtyards, squares and green areas, playgrounds, streets, pavements, car parks and areas that are hard to reach with normal cleaning equipment, with a range of 20 metres (the smallest model). It thus sanitises not only the ground but also street furniture and walls.
Water consumption is very low (8 l/min): sanitising with the Conrad Phoenix makes it possible to sanitise more often, reaching inaccessible areas without wasting water.

- UNIBC: sanitising detergent that acts decisively against microorganisms on contact surfaces. 10% aqueous solution of a pure active ingredient of alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium (benzalkonium chloride).
- ALILINE D: highly alkaline sanitising detergent, designed for closed systems (CIP systems), but also for machinery, equipment, work surfaces and surfaces in general.
- ALICON: high-concentration sanitising detergent based on alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium, suitable for cleaning and simultaneously sanitising any hard surface. Available in 25 kg drums.
