Hydra 4.0 represents the evolution of an already established platform, designed to operate in total autonomy in the most complex contexts: construction sites, demolition, quarries, recycling plants and heavy industries.
Thanks to the integrated tank, generator and high-pressure atomisation system, the machine can be positioned anywhere without the need for external connections, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
Technical characteristics of the Hydra 4.0 autonomous station
From a technical point of view, Hydra stands out for its high performance and advanced control of the abatement process. The integrated spray gun is capable of a range of more than 40 metres, ensuring effective dust reduction even over large areas. The system is equipped with a telescopic tower of up to 5 metres, which allows it to directly hit the source of dust emission, improving the efficiency of the operation.
One of the key elements of Hydra 4.0 is intelligent automation. The system integrates the automatic rotation adjustable up to 300° and the electric tilt up to 45°. The tank 1000 litre capacity allows a working autonomy of about 3 continuous hours.
The system is also equipped with a generator petrol or diesel depending on the customer's choice.

The introduction of System 4.0 takes Hydra to the next level: interconnection, remote control and integration into digitised production processes make this autonomous station perfectly aligned with Industry 4.0 requirements. With the new Hydra 4.0 version, companies can access the new hyper-amortisation up to 180%, provided for in the regulations for investments in interconnected capital goods.
This incentive allows the cost of the asset to be increased for tax purposes, increasing the deductible portions and reducing taxable income over time.
In detail, the hyper-amortisation applies to assets complying with 4.0 requirements, including interconnection to business systems and data exchange capacity. The increase can reach up to 180% of the value of the asset, generating a significant economic benefit for companies investing in advanced technologies.
Importantly, the benefit translates into a progressive tax deduction over the useful life of the asset, helping to improve the return on investment and support the digital and ecological transition of companies.
