THE UNLOADABLE SADDLE

The loading platform is made to measure for the lorry onto which it is to be loaded. In this case, the design was based on a 4.40-metre-long loading platform, as the lorry to be fitted out was a two-axle vehicle.

The saddle was equipped with the C32 dust suppression cannon, a complete PLC to manage all automatisms, the diesel power generator and a steel tank with a capacity of 5000 litres made to measure to respect the dimensions of the saddle.

The PLC installed on this machine is the top of the range as it can manage all the machine's automatisms.

Applications

AREAS OF USE

This price-slashing station is an excellent solution in the demolition sector, ideal for use alongside excavators fitted with demolition grapples. The articulated boom, which rises to over 7 metres (5.5 metres reach plus the height of the lorry’s tipper body), enables the dust suppression cannon to intercept dust from above and bring it down to the ground more quickly.
