Dust and ferrous waste - the solution with the Phoenix station

The self-contained Conrad Phoenix station, with a 20-25 m gun, 1000 l tank and integrated PLC, ensures effective dust suppression when handling ferrous waste in landfills.

DEposito rifiuti in Emilia Romagna chooses Conrad Phoenix for dust management

Waste storage in Emilia Romagna.

The landfill chose the CONRAD Phoenix station to control the dust generated during waste processing and during loading and unloading.

The range of well over 20 metres is excellent for reaching small and large piles of waste.

The automatic rotation with adjustable angle from 0° up to 340° ensures precise and optimal coverage for all work applications.

The test was carried out on a powder that is very difficult to break down, namely foundry waste powder, basically an impalpable powder like ash. The video shows the excellent result obtained.

Technical Specifications of the Autonomous Station Phoenix

The Conrad Phoenix autonomous station is equipped with a spray gun with a range of 20-25 metres, a 1000-litre tank and an integrated generator set.

The PLC enables automatic rotation programming, making the system Industry 4.0 compliant.

The structure is mounted on a fork-lift skid or liftable with hooks, ensuring easy transport and installation.

Accessory: cleaning lance kit

The self-contained Conrad Phoenix dust-laying station was implemented with a high-pressure washer lance kit, a popular accessory for quick washing of vehicles on the construction site.

The lance is equipped with a 10 m high-pressure hose so that it can also work at a distance from the machine.

When efficiency rhymes with simplicity: the Hydra station in Venice

A leading company specialising in demolition and inert material recycling needed a compact, high-performance machine for dust suppression. In the past, it used a system with a range of 70 metres, but with very high consumption (over 90 l/min of water) and a complicated control panel. With
