THE WORK
Binotto Giorgio S.AS. chose the CONRAD C32 Nebulizer Cannon with 64 nozzles on two heated crowns, 3kW fan and a range of over 30 metres. Integrated PLC to manage all automatisms plus radio control.
The articulated arm allows the spray jet to be raised and directed where it is needed most, and above all, it can act above the demolition gripper, acting even better on the dust.
The mobile station consists of a cannon, generator and steel tankall mounted on a TAM saddle tailor-made for the customer's dump truck.
The atomisation is directed over the range of the clamp, resetting the dust both at the moment of splitting the material and at the moment of falling.
The advantages of an autonomous solution
A mobile and autonomous solution at 100% that is a winner from the very first use. Thanks to the presence of the cannon on the truck, it is possible to make small and large movements to get closer or further away on the construction site if necessary.
