This Autonomous Station on a CONRAD LC50R roll-off saddle is a compact version, tailor-made for this small two-axle truck.

We carry out these projects on roll-off trucks very frequently, the areas of greatest demand being demolition, waste management and soil remediation. In these areas being autonomous with water and electricity is essential to reduce waste of time and resources.
The saddle is tailor-made for the truck on which it is to be loaded. In this case, the design was based on a 4-metre long saddle because the truck to be fitted was a two-axle truck with a crane.
The saddle was equipped with the LC50R dust suppression cannon, the diesel power generator and a steel tank with a capacity of 3,000 litres, which was tailor-made to meet the saddle's compact dimensions.
Conrad model LC50R cannons are equipped with a PLC for rotation control that can be digitally set via a touch screen.
This autonomous dust-laying station was equipped with industry 4.0 kit for remote productivity control.
