  • Radio remote control 12 keys
  • Industry 4.0 kit

All set up on a single pivoting base to have everything you need at hand.

TO EVERY JOB ITS CONRAD STATION

The Conrad dust-laying station set up on a walk-behind base is a stand-alone solution for professional dust control with customised fittings and designed together with the customer.

The forklift version is suitable in contexts where the point of origin and of dust or odours is known and concentrated, such as stationary machinery and defined material storage areas.

ADVANTAGES OF AN AUTONOMOUS DUST-LAYING STATION:

It is easy to guess why a customer requires an autonomous dust suppression station rather than a simple spray gun. In many contexts, in fact, access to the water mains is difficult, and the same can be said for electricity, for example in large quarries or terraced landfills or simply waste dumps that can cover large areas.

Here, in these now very frequent situations, the company needs integrated, all-in-one solutions: water + energy + spray gun.

PLC-CONTROLLED SPRAY GUN

On these stations we applied the CONRAD C32 spray gun equipped with a PLC new generation that allows you to manage countless automatisms such as:

  • Rotation control from 0° to 340°
  • Tilt control from -20° to + 45°.
  • Up/down movement in the articulated arm model
  • Setting the working angle Start
  • Fan Start water supply (motor pump/ solenoid valves)
  • Weekly work scheduling (3 daily start/stop cycles)
  • Active nozzle selection
  • Switching the crown heater on or off
  • Turning the lighthouse heater on or off
  • Switching the radio control heater on or off

CONRAD CANNON WITH ARTICULATED ARM

our articulated boom spray gun set-up is among the best equipped in the industry, it has a reach that allows the turbine to reach a height of approximately 5.5m. At the top, the slewing ring controls the rotation to orient the spray precisely and the tilt motor allows the spray to be tilted from -10° to + 45°.

The planned equipment of the sprayer on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the gun to rise above machinery such as screeners, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odour, acting from the top down and even more easily cutting down the emissions that are to be controlled and reduced.
