CONRAD dust-abatement stations mounted on galvanised skids are advanced dust control systems capable of solving the problems of dusty emissions and unpleasant odours from construction sites, landfills, reclamation areas, waste dumps and composting.
The self-contained forklift dust-laying station can be easily transported thanks to forklift pockets.
The dust suppression cannons fitted on these systems are equipped with PLC of the new generation that allow you to manage countless automatisms :
our articulated boom spray gun set-up is among the best equipped in the industry, it has a reach that allows the turbine to reach a height of approximately 5.5m. At the top, the slewing ring controls the rotation to orient the spray precisely and the tilt motor allows the spray to be tilted from -10° to + 45°.
The planned equipment of the sprayer on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the gun to rise above machinery such as screeners, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odour, acting from the top down and even more easily cutting down the emissions that are to be controlled and reduced.
