The Conrad dust-laying station set up on a walk-behind base is a stand-alone solution for professional dust control with customised fittings and designed together with the customer.
The forklift version is suitable in contexts where the point of origin and of dust or odours is known and concentrated, such as stationary machinery and defined material storage areas.
Our articulated boom spray gun set-up is among the best equipped in the industry, it has a reach that allows the turbine to reach a height of approximately 5.5m. At the top, the slewing ring handles the rotation to orient the spray precisely and the tilt motor allows the spray to be tilted from -10° to + 45°.
The planned equipment of the sprayer on an articulated arm/pantograph allows the gun to rise above machinery such as screeners, shredders, conveyor belts and discharge hoppers that generate dust and odour, acting from the top down and even more easily cutting down the emissions that are to be controlled and reduced.
