THE UNLOADABLE SADDLE
The saddle is tailor-made for the truck on which it is to be loaded. In this case, the design was based on a 4.40 metre long saddle because the truck to be fitted out was a two-axle .
The saddle was equipped with the C32 dust suppression cannon, a complete PLC to manage all automatisms, the diesel power generator and a steel tank with a capacity of 5000 litres made to measure to respect the dimensions of the saddle.
THE PLC
The PLC installed on this machine is the top of the range as it can manage all the machine's automatisms.
Switching the fan on and off
Activation of solenoid valves and selection of operating nozzles (32+32)
Activation of crown heater for sub-zero temperatures

AREAS OF USE
This abatement station is an excellent solution in the demolition field, suitable for use alongside excavators equipped with a demolition grapple. The articulated boom that rises to more than 7 metres (5.5 outreach + the height of the truck body) allows the gun to intercept the dust from above, bringing it to the ground more quickly.
